By downloading or using PromptPal Pro, you agree to the Apple Standard EULA, which governs use of the app, together with the additional terms below.

Subscriptions

PromptPal Pro Pro features are unlocked by an auto-renewing subscription billed at $4.99 per month through your Apple ID.

The subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. Your Apple ID account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions → PromptPal Pro. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues through the end of the current billing period.

Refunds

All payments are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

v1 grandfathering

Customers who purchased PromptPal Pro v1.x ($1.99 one-time) are entitled to all Pro features at no additional cost, permanently. The app detects your original purchase automatically — no action required.

Acceptable use

PromptPal Pro is provided for your personal and professional use as a teleprompter and recording tool. You agree not to reverse-engineer, redistribute, or sublicense the app outside the rights granted by the Apple Standard EULA.

Privacy

Your use of PromptPal Pro is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

Changes

If these terms change, we'll update the date above and post the new version at this URL.
